I never received the license email containing my username and password
After purchasing your ESET security product online or by phone, you should have received an email message containing your receipt information, as well as a second email message containing your username and password.
If you do not see either email message in your inbox within 24 hours after purchase, please try the following:
- Check your spam or junk email folder.
- Mark noreply@orders.eset.com as a safe address in your email client (or server).
- Visit the Lost License page to have your username and password resent.
If you still do not receive either message, your email address may have been mistyped during the purchase process. In this case, please complete a Customer Care support request.
